Include Indian currency notation system of lakhs, Crores

Please let users choose the numbers separation system. Currently it is in Millions. Additionally provide the option to set number separation for Indian currency in Lakhs & Crores. For example 1 billion written in both formats -

1. Current - 1,000,000,000

2. Indian - 1,00,00,00,000
